I ordered a dry robe for myself at lunchtime and I was so surprised it came the next day, beating the 2-5 working day delivery. It was perfect and just as advertised, and cheaper than buying direct with dry robe. All the rugby mums were jealous of how warm and dry I was, so I shared the link and they purchased too. I contacted the customer support to ask a question on sizing for my husband (as he wanted one too) and Barry came back straight away. Barry was so supportive, personable and very knowledgable. Love the quad skates I got after wandering into Ripped Knees with very little clue about what I wanted. I found Barry to be helpful, knowledgeable and personable. My skates are great and I've subsequently found that they were an excellent price. When one skate developed a squeak he was happy to have a look at them to try and fix the problem. When it remained squeaky after best efforts, he ordered me a replacement pair and had them shipped to my home address when I could not get into Newcastle. Would recommend. Great range of quad skates to look at :)

right up on the top floor's a little skate shop that has a variety of gear like completes, wheels, bearings, riser pads, trucks, the list goes on. some very nice shirts too. highly advise checking this place out if you're close by, something for everyone in there.

Bought a S1 helmet and core knee pads for my son, the helmet was too small- be aware the S1 is much more closely fitting than others sand maybe go a size bigger. Barry was very helpful sorted the return and as the pads had been on back order the new helmet and knee pads all came together. A happy son makes for a happy father ;-) Greta service all round.

My son asked for a scooter very last minute, for his bday (1 week before). I contacted the store to ask if it would be here on time, and was told ot would be. Barry kept in touch with me to let me know the status of the delivery. Received in plenty of time! I bought the blunt prodigy S9 which arrived almost built. I just had to put the handles on which was simple! The scooter came with stickers and rubber wrist bands. Son loves the scooter!! Would definitely recommend this store!!

Excellent service. Barry was exceptionally helpful in getting me the skates I wanted, even after I changed my mind and asked him to order a different pair he didn't even stock or have on the website. As the supplier took a few days longer to ship than we originally thought, Barry chased this up and had them ship directly to my house instead. Very pleased with them, would definitely recommend 😀

Wide range of rollerboots boots on display in-store, really knowledgeable, friendly and patient staff/owner (I didn't catch his name) and all-round excellent service. Helped me find my first pair of rollerboots :) Definitely worth a visit if you can get along to the store!
